Cool fruit on the nose, almost a bit of citrus, with a subtle smoky and a hint of herbs, looks very light and delicate, almost pink peach, a hint of toasted notes from the wood, sparse and extremely fine, Julian Huber has become much more elegant here than in the previous years. The same image on the palate with a lot of finesse and even more elegance, substance and structure is still there, but the tannin is considerably finer than before, raspberry, a little red apple and a touch of strawberry, complex and delicate up to the finish, a great start in the GGs of Julian Huber.
