From a .70 ha holding in Ez Crets and Les Places. Layered aromas are comprised by notes of pear, apple, citrus confit and a whiff of petrol. The supple yet nicely detailed medium-bodied flavours possess a caressing mouthfeel while delivering fine length on the balanced, clean and dry finale. This moderately structured effort is not a wine of refinement (Maltroie rarely is) but it is refreshing and inviting. 91 points Allen Meadows burghound.com Outstanding Drink 2026+
