Made from a 1.7ha parcel of biodynamically farmed Pinot Meunier located in Fossoy on the western edge of the Vallee de la Marne. Serve in a Burgundy glass to let the wine fully show itself. Pouring copper in colour and large beaded, you know you're in for a ride. Concentrated and intense, dry and rich, and savoury.
