Biro produces Elegant,Harmonious and Terroir focused white and red wines. Although Hungary has an ancient culture of wine,the reds are much less known outside Hungary than the sweet Tokaji whites.

Kadarka grape is native from the warmer Balkans but feels home as well in the warmer part of Hungary.
Hand harvested,aged in used oak barrels of 500L for 12 months and bottleage for inmediate pleasure. Here in Szerkazard on the southern slopes it gets a nice florale spicy and fruity nose. Strawberry and raspberry play with some dark chocolate and pepper.

Light but complex mid body and lingering finish.
