Ben and Naomi Gould made this from two blocks of cabernet in Quindalup WA, foot-crushed the grapes, hand-plunged the wild ferment, and basket pressed into old oak. Another 10% of the wine was done 'ripasso' so dried, and re-passed through those leathery skins. Certified organic and biodynamic too. So much love.
