The Champagne Rosé Chantemerle Gourmandise by Julien Prelat originates from vines around 30 years old in Celles-sur-Ource, a village located in the Côtes des Bar region, which marks the most southerly part of Champagne. This area shares ancient soils akin to its neighboring Chablis region. Noteworthy for its sensual and fruity profile, this Champagne Rosé features hints of spice and rhubarb. Its taste is rich and satisfying, making it a great complement to aperitifs, white meats, and spicy vegetables. Limited to only 1,100 bottles, aged for 48 months.
