Daniel Bouland makes some of his finest wines from the sandy soils of the Corcelette 'climat'. His wines are staunchly traditional, fermented with 100% whole bunches and then aged in predominantly large, neutral oak. This is deeply set with fruit yet full of bright perfume and delicious textural tension. It's a pure, delicious example of one of the region's great crus. So much more serious than your average Booj - this is a great place to start an exploration of the region's fine wines.
