"A blend of over 40 parcels around Fuissé, the 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé is aged one- third in barrels for the limestone/clay soils and the remainder in stainless steel. It has a charming bouquet with citrus fruit. Chamomile hints come through with aeration. The palate is nicely balanced with good weight, and the oak is assiduously utilized with a touch of lemongrass on the finish. This is a decent entry-level Pouilly-Fuissé."
