Guyot and Cordon pruning, with higher trellising and careful plowing. Since 2010, work in the vineyards and cellar is carried out in function of the lunar cycle. An elegant wine with an extremely long and wonderful finish. The vines are between 55 and 60 years old. It is located in below Faconnières on the hill, soils with higher limestone content from the bedrock which resurfaces in some areas. 20-50% de-stemmed, short cold pre-fermentation maceration, rapid de-vatting. Aged for 12 months in barrel (30% new), 3 months settling in tank, gentle white earth filtration.
