90% Grenache planted 1904, 1940s, 1977 and 2001, 15% Mourvèdre planted early 1980s and 5% Cinsault from sandy, stony soil at Courthézon, Sorgues, destemmed, concrete vat-fermented 25 days, raised 5-6 months, unfined and filtered. Less than 300 cases made each year!  This wine is so limited that the wine is usually sold out before it can be reviewed!
