The 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Seuvrées, which includes 20% whole bunch, has a well-defined bouquet of perfumed cranberry and raspberry fruit, undergrowth and light black pepper aromas. The palate is well balanced and quite pure in style, hints of blue fruit intermingling with red toward the lightly spiced, nuanced finish.
