The harvest is performed manually into 20 kg boxes. The bunches are pressed on arriving at the winery and the must is decanted cold to leave it clean. It then ferments in stainless tanks at a temperature lower than 20 ºC, in order to extract and preserve the fruity aromas of the grape. Lastly, the wine is aged on lees, filtered and bottled.
