94 points Jeb Dunnuck A more plush, sexy wine compared to the Sleeping Lady Vineyard, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard (located in St. Helena) is a quintessential Napa Valley Cabernet that’s loaded with fruit, texture, richness and depth. Blackcurrants, toasted spice, leafy herbs and hints of lead pencil shavings all emerge from this full-bodied, unctuous and layered beauty. I have a slight preference for the Sleeping Lady Vineyard, but for near term drinking, this is unquestionably your best bet. Nevertheless, I’d bet the house on it drinking beautifully in 2030 as well. (7/2017) 94 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard is deep, rich, with plenty of baby fat, supple tannins and is much more of a near-term prospect for drinking, but that still means it is going to last and evolve for 15-20 or more years. These are impressive wines, and if you are wondering what Fait-Main means, it is French for handmade. (RP) (12/2016)
