Rich and generous yet also refined and elegant on the palate, this is a stimulating, saline yet mouth-filling and lovely sweet and round Auslese made to be aged for at least a decade and to be served with wild boar in 30 years. The savory acidity is fabulous and vibrantly fresh and gives this wine immense aging capacity. 7.5% stated alcohol."
