From old Muscat of Alexandria vines (1910-1945) in Malaga, Spain cones this late harvest dessert wine. Expect luscious sweetness balanced by great acidity and intensity of flavours. The must is fermented to 10% alcohol before the temperature is dropped to stop fermentation. It takes 4.5kg of grapes to make just one 375mL bottle.
