This is an incredible new world Pinot Noir grown and crafted by the hands of Yoshiaki Sato and his wife Kyoko.

It's right at the top of the tree for Central Otago, a beautiful testimony to the efficacy of organic farming and gentle, minimal-intervention winemaking.

It's powerful and pure and a very deserving number two in James Suckling's list of Top 100 NZ Wines for 2023. In relative terms, this is an incredible wine for the money and one that will no doubt mature beautifully for another decade or more.
