Domaine Laroche is one of the largest vineyard owners in Burgundy, with offices located in the birthplace of Chablis: a ninth to sixteenth century listed monastery called l’Obédiencerie, where monks made the first Chablis. This cuvée is a real opportunity to introduce the Chablis range with the know-how of Laroche and "Burgundy-style" vinification. The Reserve Chardonnay from Domaine Laroche was selected from cool, high-altitude climates terriors, was matured on its lees, some of which in demi-muids barrels, according to the Burgundian tradition. The ages of the vines are 30 years minimum. A mosaic of predominantly clay and limestone terroirs with a remarkable raw material. This wine is fresh and has notes of white fleshy fruits.
