He stood up against principals of the past and preconceived ideas. A man close to the earth, in a thorough quest for revealing terroirs and finding the expression of soils through the Taste of wines. Since 1991, biodynamics is at the heart M. CHAPOUTIER’s philosophy.

Appearance: golden yellow. Nose: mineral with floral overtones of honeysuckle and lily in its youth, Tabasco, wax, honey. Palate: well-balanced. A very harmonious wine with a subtle final of spices developing into honey with ageing. According to the vintage, the wine can be kept from 30 to 60 years, indeed from 50 to 75 years.
