The Stellato is a special vineyard exposed to the north-east and located near Ussano, about 10 km (6.2 miles) from Serdiana. Spends four months on the lees and undergoes batonnage once a week for months in order to increase size and texture. This is Pala’s most acclaimed white almost every vintage.
