From a small parcel which abuts the Grand Cru of Bougros, dubbed locally as ‘Petit Preuses’. Not designated Grand Cru as the aspect and orientation shifts, but fine terroir none the less. Patrick ferments and matures this in neutral barrel to preserve the fruit. This is more closed on the nose with crisp lemon and sea spray. A little racier on the palate with a nice lingering finish.
