Origin: Savigny-les-Beaune, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy

A 0.2 ha Vineyard Planted in 1983, on clay-limestone and marl soil. Ferments for 2 months in barrel with no added sulfur. Aged in old oak for a further 12 months, then racked with a small amount of sulphur. No fining, no filtration, bottled before the next harvest.

Epic Chardonnay, from a real up and comer who's done the hard yards. Seiichi Saito, originally from Japan, has worked with Simone Bize, Mugnier, Rousseau and Leflaive.

This wine is effortlessly lacey, floats along the pallet. A really special wine that will blow up. Beune Blanc  into the new era.
