A blend of multiple parcels totalling 1.64 ha, but all from this same village’s lieu-dit, with 3 generations of vines. In totality, this is the largest parcel of the domaine at over 1 hectare located at the end of the valley above the village of St Aubin. This sample has 50% new oak as those barrels have gone through malolactic first, but the final blend will have less. There are some apple notes which will tone down and a limey finish. Pretty good.
