This red wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from a single vineyard with vines over 50 years old, situated at an altitude of 470 meters above sea level with a southern exposure. The winemaking process includes a 10-day maceration period and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel vats. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 30-hectolitre casks and tonneaux, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle fining. Top stuff!
