Sandro Fay's "Sotcastel" wine is probably the greatest mountain Chardonnay you can drink.

The grapes are grown in a small vineyard, called Sotcastel, which is located at 800 meters above sea level, a very high altitude for growing vines. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and follows a rest in large oak barrels for at least 6 months.

The white wine Sotcastel Sandro Fay has the buttery and creamy part given by the passage in wood and is well balanced by citrus and floral notes that bring a breath of freshness. The sip is dynamic, tense and very drinkable, a true mountain wine.
