‘Ripe and exuberantly spicy aromas are laced with floral and earth nuances along with liqueur-like dark currant wisps. There is excellent mid-palate density to the rich and once again, very generously proportioned flavors that possess a velvety texture on the lightly stony, austere and serious finale. This excellent and moderately firm effort will need most of a decade to show its full potential. I would further comment that it's relatively rare to find this level of quality in a Gevrey villages.’ Outstanding Top value’ Score 90-93 Drink 2027+ Alan Meadows
