The excellent and exceedingly rare Hakushu 18-Year-Old, complex deep flavours with just a hint of smoke. A perennial favourite that has become all-too-rare in this period of Japanese whisky shortage, stocks are on very limited allocation. Official tasting notes: Nose: Ripe pear, dried mint, oregano, hint of smoke. Palate: Jasminem mango, quince, menthol. Finish: Long, pleasently smoked, hint of bitterness.
