Palate: A powerful and authentic Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc. Spices, rich fleshy texture, and white fruits matching the aromatics. This wine has an impressive drive and energy. The finish is long and saline.

About the wine: Massal selection 30 years old vines planted on flint terroir (Silex). The grapes are hand harvested. The wine is made traditionally, vinification in oak tanks and then ageing in old foudres for no specific length of time, Vincent like to do regular tasting and fallow guidance from generations past, waiting for the best time to rack the wine.
