To help with your delivery planning we would like to confirm our operating arrangements for Festive Season for both online and in store.
We will be closed on 25 December 2022 and 1 January 2023. During the Christmas and New Year, the working hours for a few days will be shortened. Please check the detailed outline.

| 2 Jan 2023 | New Year’s Day 10am – 8pm |
For the days not mentioned above, the working hours will be the same as usual. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
Please note for the online orders. We will continue the next-day dispatch on all customer orders during business days. However, receiving the orders also depends on the shipping company’s arrangements during the festive season. As we noticed, most shipping companies will be closed from Midday on Friday 23rd of December 2022, reopening Tuesday 3rd of January 2023. We recommend you check the preferred shipping company’s holiday hours and advise the shipping company you like in ‘special request’ when placing the order. Also, you are most welcome to walk into our Lane Cove store to pick up your online order by choosing the ‘click and collect’ method from our website.
