We use temperature-controlled vans to deliver wines to most metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.
To provide high standard customer service, we purchase full insurance for all shipments at free of charge to our customers.
We provide a full refund for the damaged items or replace the damaged item during shipment, if we are notified with photos as prove of evidence within 24 hours after you receive the delivery (“notification period”). We are not able to cover the loss or damage if we are notified outside of the notification period, as the insurance provider does not cover that.
