The 2008 Bouzy Grand Cru La Grande Récolte is a blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay from the heralded 2008 vintage. It is a great vintage for Champagne and represents the highest level of complexity that a Grand Cru Champagne can offer. The bottles were matured in the Paillard’s deep cellar at 10 degrees for 10 years. This long period is necessary in achieving the Paillard’s distinct style.
