Ca’ Montini is a nice departure from the masses of innocuous and not overly interesting Pinot Grigio often found in the market. This single vineyard wine is crisp and vibrant with notes of apple and citrus on the nose and palate with nicely balanced fruit and acidity.

Presented in a unique bottle, it’s a replica of the shape of the valley where this single vineyard grows its fruit. Not something we see every day.

Crisp, with great acid, and well-formed flavour on the palate, this is a Grigio that can hold our attention much longer than most.
