The Petit Chablis originates from vineyards positioned atop the hill of Grand Crus, just meters away from the Grand Cru Valmur. Additionally, a very small 0.4-hectare planting, located at the crest of the hill of Grand Crus above Vaudesir, has been recently added by the Moreau family. This wine impresses with its depth, detail and exceptional value. However, availability is limited due to its small production, second only to the tiny 0.41-hectare plot of Clos des Hospices dans Les Clos. The wines are certified organic and vegan-friendly, further adding to their appeal.
