From vines in and around Toulouse-le-Château. Mostly Chardonnay with a little Pinot adding richness. 12 months on lees. From 2019 fruit. Lovely fine mousse, herbal and dried hay, citrus with hints of nuts. Gentle ox with a broad and leesy mid-palate, but focuses on the back end with that Jura cut and crackling acidity. Always a favourite and fine drinking.
