A fifth-generation vigneron, Henri Boillot began his education at his family’s winery, then left to found his own négociant house, where he honed his skills and developed his own personal style. He later returned home to take over the reins of the family estate, but he continued his négociant business, where he does all vineyard work and harvesting himself.
